De directeur en tevens de coördinator van de opleiding is Dominique Stokman. Zij is medisch bioloog, eerstegraads docent, hypnotherapeut en psychosociaal therapeut. Dominique volgde haar opleiding hypnotherapie bij Academie Hypnos, onder leiding van Barbelo Uijtenbogaardt.
De adviserende staf bestaat uit Ingrid Mehrtens, Agnes Zalme, Brigitte Heijink en Matthijs Hillesum.
De opleiding wordt verzorgd door tal van docenten waarvan een aantal ook optreedt als mentor en/of praktijkbegeleider en examinator.
